Scheduling around your business
The cost of a commercial repaint is rarely just the paint. It is the disruption. We plan the sequence with you first: which areas get done in what order, which can be closed off, and whether the work happens evenings, weekends, or in phases while you stay open.
Occupied spaces get containment, signage, and daily cleanup so customers and staff are not walking through a job site. Tenant turnovers get a hard date, because the next lease depends on it.
Coatings built for traffic
A hallway in an office building sees more hands and carts in a month than a living room sees in a year. Common areas, corridors, and restrooms get scrubbable, high durability coatings with a sheen that cleans up instead of burnishing.
Where an environment calls for it, we spec low odor and low VOC products so a space can be reoccupied quickly. Metal doors, frames, and railings get the right primer for the substrate rather than a general purpose one.
Floors and back of house
Shop floors, warehouse aisles, stockrooms, and service bays take the same concrete coating systems we install in residential garages, sized up. Diamond grinding, crack repair, base coat, and a topcoat chosen for the traffic. Line striping and safety markings can go in as part of the same install.
Loading areas, stairwells, and utility rooms usually get skipped in a refresh. They are cheap to include while we are already mobilized, and they are the first thing an inspector or a prospective tenant notices.
Property managers and repeat work
If you manage multiple buildings or a portfolio of units, we can standardize colors and products across them so touch ups match and reorders are simple. One point of contact, consistent scope language, and quotes written the same way every time.
We handle single units, whole floors, exterior storefronts, and periodic maintenance repaints on a schedule that suits your budget cycle.

Common questions
Can you work after hours so we stay open?
Yes. Retail, medical, and office spaces are often done evenings or overnight, and we phase the work so a finished area is back in service before the next one is closed off. Tell us your operating hours at the walkthrough and we will build the schedule around them.
Are you insured, and can you send proof?
We carry insurance and will send a certificate to you or your property manager before the job starts. If your building requires being named as an additional insured, or has a specific vendor onboarding process, send it over and we will complete it.
Do you handle floor coatings as well as walls?
Yes. Concrete floor systems are a core part of what we do, and it is common to do walls and floors on the same visit. Doing both together avoids re masking a space twice and usually shortens the overall closure.
How do you handle odor in an occupied space?
Product selection first: low odor and low VOC coatings exist for nearly every commercial application. Then ventilation and containment, so what odor there is stays out of occupied areas. For sensitive environments we will confirm the product and the reoccupancy timing with you in advance.
